The weather

Drops of water that fall from the sky are called rain. When it’s raining very hard it’s pouring. When it’s only raining slightly it is drizzling. Snow is frozen rain that is soft and white. Sleet is rain that is not completely frozen. Small balls of ice that fall like rain are called hail. Fog is like a cloud close to the ground and is difficult to see through. When we talk about the weather, we often say “its lovely beautiful/ horrible/ terrible day”, isn’t it?
